1 tbsp onion1 clove garlic, chopped1 jalapeno 4 tbsp. cilantro1 tomatillo1 plum tomato1 ripe avocadosalt, pepper, hot sauce to taste
Finely chop first 5 ingredients in food processor, place in large bowl. Dice tomato, add to bowl. Remove avocado from skin, discard seed, and place fruit in bowl. Mash with potato masher. Salt and pepper to taste. Can add hot sauce as desired.
