Sweet and Sour Coleslaw

Ingredients
4 cups shredded cabbage1 cup shredded carrots1 cup chopped green bell pepper1/4 cup scallion1/2 cup sugar1/2 cup cider vinegar1/4 cup olive oil1 teasp. Dijon Mustard1/2 teasp. celery seed1/2 teasp. salt
Directions
Place cabbage, carrot, bell pepper and onions in large bowl. Shake remaining ingredients in tightly covered container. Pour cover vegetables, stir, cover and refrigerate for at least 3 hours. Stir occassionly until chilled.
