Homemade Mint Chocolate Baked Donuts

1 cup hersehy's mint chipits (to make the recipe different you can use any flavour of chipits you want)1/2 cup All purpose flour1/2 cup Reduced calorie margarine2 eggs1 tsp Baking Powder1/2 cup Splenda
Pre-heat oven to 350
In a double boiler, melt chipits. Once melted, remove from heat and add 1/2 cup butter (previously melted), 1/2 cup flour, 2 eggs, 1 tsp baking power, 1/2 cup Splenda and 1/2 cup of flour. Mix well.
Spray donut pan with reduced calorie non-stick spray.
Pour into donut pan evenly (about 1/4 cup)
Bake in pre-heated oven for about 10 minutes, tops will be crumbly and neat looking.
Allow to cool in pan and remove and place on plate.
Voila!
