Broiled rack of lamb

Ingredients
Rack of Lamb (6 rib chops)Grey Poupon Mustard - 2 tspWhite Wine - 1 fl ozGarlic - 1 tsp mincedRosemaryBasilMint
Directions
* Compine all ingredients except lamb in a bowl, wisk until well blended.

* Bruch marinate onto rack of lamb, allow to sit for at least one hour.

* Bake in a 450 degree oven until reaches desired degree of doneness. (20 minutes rare - 25 mintues medium rare - 30 minutes medium)

* Wrap in foil and let sit for 15 minutes before serving.
