Gluten/Dairy Free Low carb, high protein, Almond Bread

Ingredients
3 1/2 cups almond meal1 cup Flax Seed Meal (ground flax)1 tsp sea salt1 tsp baking sodaWet ingredients2 Bananas Mashed5 egg White1/2 cup Unsweetened Apple Sauce1 tsp apple cider vinegar
Directions
1.) Preheat oven to 300 degrees F.
2.) In a large bowl, combine all the dry ingredients.
3.) In a medium bowl, beat the eggs and add the remaining wet ingredients.
4.) Add the wet ingredients to the dry and mix thoroughly.
5.) Transfer the mixture to a 5x9-inch standard loaf pan, lightly oiled (a spray oil makes it easy).
6.) Bake 350 degree for 60+ minutes or until a skewer/knife inserted in the bread comes out clean.
7.) Cool and slice.

Makes one large loaf. 18 Slices
