Easy Cooking Creme Corn Chowder

Ingredients
1 medium onion, diced1 tbsp light butter or margarine1/2 tbsp olive oil1 tablespoon flour1 tbsp chili powder1 tsp cumin1 cup medium salsa12 oz frozen corn1.5 cups black beans, cooked2 cups vegetable brothi tub (10 oz) Philadelphia Cooking Creme.5 cup skim milk
Directions
Saute onion in olive oil and butter over medium heat until translucent. Add flour, cumin and chili powder.

Add broth, corn, beans, and salsa. Bring to a boil.

Lower heat and wait for mixture to stop boiling. Stir in cooking creme and milk. Heat through, without allowing the mixture to boil.

Makes about 7 1-cup servings. Goes great with tortilla strips sprinkled on top.
