Crock Pot Breakfast Recipe or Baked

30 oz. Mr. Dell's Shredded Hash Brown's12 oz. Lean Turkey Sausage 1 diced onion12 oz mushrooms1 cup Sargento Reduced Fat 4 Cheese Mexican1/2 Kraft Fat Free Shredded Cheese6 eggs 1.5 cups Egg Beaters)3/4 cup Rice Dream Rice Drink1 tsp. black pepper
1. Divide potatoes, ham, vegetables and cheese so you can create several layers of each in the crock pot or rectangular cake pan.
2. Start with the hash browns, then ham, onions, mushrooms, and lastly cheese.
3. Repeat until you have several layers of each.
4. Beat eggs, eggbeaters, milk, and pepper.
5. Pour this over the layers in the crock pot or rectangular cake pan .
6. Cook on low for 10 to 12 hours overnight. OR bake in the oven for 1 hour
