Ingredients
Vital wheat gluten, 16 ozSalt, 2 tspOnions, dehydrated flakes, 2 tspPepper, black, 1 tsp Parsley, dried, 2 tsp Nutmeg, ground, 1/2 tspCelery seed, 1/2 tspGinger, ground, 1/2 tspOlive Oil, 1 tbsp Water, tap, 20 fl oz
Directions
Add all dry ingredients to a large food processor bowl. Process until well-mixed. Add in oil, while processing, and then water. When the mixture is well-mixed, but chunky looking, remove from food processor and divide into 12 3oz portions. Roll and stretch the portions into log shapes roughly five and a half to six inches long, and about 3/4 to 1 inch in diameter. Wrap in parchment paper, somewhat tightly, and tie the ends, JUST a little longer than the body of the dough. Place in a steamer and steam for 35 minutes. cut the ends of the wrapping, and unwrap. These are ready to eat, now, but they can be grilled, sauteed in a pan with a little cooking spray, or simmered in sauerkraut.

Serving Size: 3 ounces; makes 12 each.
