Flank Steak Salad

Ingredients
1 cup red leaf lettuce, torn into bite-size pieces2 radishes, sliced1/4 cup tomato, diced1/4 cup celery, diced1/4 cup carrots, diced1/4 cup cheddar, shredded1/4 cup navy beans, rinsed4 ounces cooked flank streak, cut into bite-size pieces
Directions
Combine all vegetables and navy beans and divide into two servings. Top each plate with half the cheese and half the flank steak.
