Mashed Potatoes Supreme

Ingredients
8 cups diced raw potatoes1/2 stick (4 Tbs) Nucoa margerine 1/2 cup Best foods low fat mayonnaise2 Tbs yellow mustard1 Tbs Dill pickle relish
Directions
Peel and dice approx. 12 med potatoes, to measure 8 cups diced. Cook in salted water (1 Tbs) to cover. When done drain, then in bowl addother ingredients to potatoes, mash until smooth.
