1 loaf Wonder Lite Wheat Bread 2 Tbsp Butter, 1/2 cup chicken broth reduced sodium,Io stalks Celery1 medium Onion1/4 tsp nutmeg1/8 tsp sagesalt and pepper to taste
Cut bread into cubes. Dry in oven on low several hours. Bring broth and butter to boil, add chopped celery and onion, saute until tender crisp, add seasonings. Mix with dry bread. Cool stuffing before using in bird if desired. Otherwise bake in dish with chicken breasts or turkey pieces laid accross top for extra flavor. Bake 350 35-40 mins or until desired crispiness.
