Ingredients
Directions
2 cups dry Quaker Oats, Old Fashioned1 Tablespoon Pure Vanilla Extract1 teaspoon ground cinnamon.5 teaspoon ground ginger.5 teaspoon ground allspice.5 teaspoon ground cloves4 Cups waterAdd your choice of sweetener.
I have cooked this with and without spraying the interior of the crockpot; clean up is about the same, so, I'm not spraying anymore.
Mix all dry ingredients together. This can be done ahead of time. Before bed add water and plug in, 6-8 hours on low. Cooking time may vary since all crock pots are different. My crock pot is an old and slow 4qt Rival.
Variations: I prefer it cooked 6 hours on low. I also add raisins because I like the cooked raisin flavor.
Do you have bananas, apples, raisins, nuts, coconut, chocoloate chips? Yum!
Serving Size: Makes 4 servings, 1 1/3 cups each.
