Turkey meat balls (baked)

Ingredients
* Onions, raw, 1 medium (2-1/2" dia) *Ground Extra Lean Turkey, 500 gram(s) * Garlic, 3 cloves * Bread crumbs, dry, grated, plain, 0.5 cup * Egg, fresh, 1 large * chilli pepper or crushed pepper, 3 tsp * Pepper, black * SaltThe seasoning is really up to you !
Directions
Mix everything
Roll meat into medium-sized balls and place on a non-stick baking sheet.
Bake at 400-450F oven until done but still juicy (~20 min)

I used those in an Italian wedding soup.
