Red Yummy Tomato Soup

Ingredients
2 large carrots2 large tomatoes1 red pepper1 cup of vegetable boullion (one cup water and 1 tsp vegetable boullion powder)1 cup of skimmilk
Directions
Chop all the veggies into cubes and let the mixture simmer with lid on until veggies are cooked..
Food process the mixture and milk together

Serve with a good slice of rough bread..
