Brown egg (large), organic, cage-free, 1 servingKirkland-Egg Whites in a Carton, 2 serving Mushrooms, fresh, 1 cup, pieces or slicesSpinach, fresh, 1 cupOnions, raw, 1/4 cup, choppedCheddar Cheese, 1/4 cup, shreddedExtra Virgin Olive Oil, Kirkland, 3 tsp
Cook veggies down a little first in some oil then set aside.
Cook eggs til halfway done.
Add veggies and cheese to one half of eggs.
Fold over.
