Ingredients
2 tsp. Paprika1 tsp. thyme dried1/4 tsp. black pepper1/2 tsp. crushed red pepper flakes3 cloves chopped garlic2 TBS. flour1 tsp. salt1 3/4 LBS boneless skinless chicken breast1 pound frozen shrimp1 green pepper in strips1 yellow pepper in strips1 red pepper in strips2 TBS. dried onion1 can 14 1/2 oz. diced tomatoes undrained
Directions
Mix all seasonings with flour. Cut chicken strips into strips. Coat chicken and shrimp with flour. Brown chicken, shrimp, and garlic in melted butter until browned. Add chicken broth to help bring the fond off of the bottom. Add all veggies, bring to a simmer. Simmer for 15 minutes.
