*Whole Wheat Flour, 2 cup*Flour, white, 1 cup Baking Powder, 6 tspGranulated Sugar, 3 tsp*Splenda No Calorie Sweetener, 3 tspSalt, 1 tspEgg, fresh, 1 largeEgg substitute, liquid (Egg Beaters), 3 tbsp Milk, nonfat, 2 cup *Canola Oil, 1 tbspApplesauce, unsweetened, 0.5 cup
Mix dry ingredients.
Beat eggs, egg sub.
Add milk, oil and applesauce to egg mixture.
Mix wet and dry ingredients together.
Mixture may be a little thick so add water until you reach the desired consistancy.
Pour into a hot pan and cook on one side until bubbles form and then flip.
