Low Fat Libby's Pumpkin Pie

Ingredients
3/4 cup sugar1 tsp cinnamon1/2 tsp salt1/2 tsp ground ginger1/4 tsp ground cloves1/2 cup egg substitute1 can (15oz) canned pumpkin1 can fat free evaporated milk (12oz)
Directions
Mix sugar, cinnamon, salt, ginger and cloves in a small bowl. Pour egg beater in a large bowl. Stir in pumpkin and sugar/spice mixture. Stir in evaporated milk. Bake at 425 degrees F for 15 min. Then decrease to 350 degrees for 45 min.
