Sue's salt free homemade chicken soup

Ingredients
* *Chicken Broth, Homemade, 8 cup (remove) * Leeks, 1.5 cup (remove) * Celery, raw, 4 stalk, medium (7-1/2" - 8" long) (remove) * Carrots, raw, 2 large (7-1/4" to 8-1/2" long) (remove) * Onions, raw, 1.5 cup, chopped (remove) * Chicken Breast, no skin, 6 ounces (remove) * Chicken Drumstick, 1 drumstick, bone and skin removed (remove)
Directions
Chop all vegetables and saute in a pan sprayed with non stick spray until soft. Add 8 cups (2 qts) of homemade chicken broth or canned. Bring to a boil, add chicken (so you don't wash out the flavor of the chicken), heat chicken through and serve. Season as you would like as this recipe adds NO seasonings.

    Made this today with leftover chicken cuts, removed skin and used no salt. Had to spice it up a little with pepper, but overall this was simple yet delicious. - 3/25/12
