Spicy Pesto Shrimp with Zucchini

20 large shrimp - cooked 1 large zucchini4 fresh mushrooms2 tbsp pesto sauce1 tbsp olive oil1 clove garlic1 tbsp parmesan cheeseSalt & PepperCayenne pepper
Cut zucchini in half and slice into small strips (some may prefer to slice into rounds, but either way is fine)
Slice mushrooms
Mince garlic
Heat olive oil in a skillet
Add garlic, zucchini and mushrooms.
Saute vegetables until they begin to become soft
Add shrimp and pesto sauce
Saute all ingredients together and add salt, pepper, cayenne pepper (be careful, its SPICY!)
When everything is cooked thoroughly serve on plate and top with parmesan cheese
