Corned Beef Hash

Ingredients
2 lb corned beef, boiled 3 hours, yields 10 oz of cooked meat, diced1 lb package of gold potates, microwaved in bag, diced1 tbsp dried onion flake1 tbsp vegetable oil4 eggs
Directions
Heat oil over medium heat and add potatoes and onion flakes. Brown potatoes, and add meat and heat through. Spread mix evenly in frying pan and make four holes and crack eggs into holes. Add a couple tablespoons of water and cover with lid. Cook until desired doneness. Divided into 4 and serve.
