Ingredients
1 pound Lean Ground Turkey1 medium White Onion1 tbsp. Reduced Sodium Soy Sauce1 tbsp. Ketchup1/4 tsp. Minced Garlic1/3 cup Shredded Cheddar and Monterrey Jack CheeseSalt (if desired)Pepper (if desired)Condiments (if desired)
Directions
Finely chop onion.

Mix chopped onion, ground turkey, and the rest of the ingredients together in a large mixing bowl. Weigh out burgers. Cook until internal temperature of 165 is reached.

Recipe does not include potato rolls.

Serving Size: Makes 4 - 5 oz. Burgers
