Sodium-free Soy Sauce

Ingredients
2 tbsp sesame oil2 tbsp red wine vinegar1 tbsp molassesdash of black pepperdash of ground gingerdash of garlic powder3/4 cup water
Directions
Combine all ingredients in a saucepan and stir together. Bring to a boil and allow to boil for 5 minutes or until liquid is reduced to 1/2 cup. Can be refrigerated - needs to be stirred thoroughly before re-heating or using in a recipe.
