Strawberry Ice Cream - Dairy Free

Ingredients
Soy Delicious non-dairy frozen dessert, Creamy Vanilla, 2 Lartge containersStrawberries, fresh, 2.5 cup, halves or 1C fresh, 1/12 C frozen3/4 cup Powdered SugarPom Wonderful Pomegranate Juice, 6 oz
Directions
Freeze 1 1/2 cups of strawberries. When strawberries or marginally frozen, pull out ice cream and let thaw. Blend frozen berries through food processor with powdered sugar and pom juice. Mix ice cream and fruit puree with heavy duty mixer or in a bowl with your hands. Mix until desired color and texture. Use food processor to pulse fresh berries into chunks. Add to ice cream mixture stirring until well mixed throughout. Pour back into Ice Cream Cartons and freeze until serving. (You should have approximately 2 serving leftover that will need to be frozen in a tupperware.)
