Ingredients
1/2# kale and or Swiss chard1 C cooked white beans4 C homemade chicken broth or low salt4 C waterGarlic RosemaryAnchovyOlive oilRed pepper flakes
Directions
Sauté crushed garlic in 1/3 c oil w Rosemary, anchovy and pepper flakes. Add steamed chopped kale, stir, add beans, stir. Add water, chic. Broth. Boil, add dry pasta boil to cook pasta. Add water to thin if desired.
