Baked Chicken with Dijon and Lime (Gina's Weight Watcher Recipes)

Ingredients
* *Chicken thighs, boneless, skinless, 28 oz * Kraft Mayo Light Mayonnaise (Mayo), 1.5 tbsp * *Grey Poupon Dijon Mustard, 4 tsp * Yellow Mustard, 4 tsp * Garlic, 2 cloves, finely chopped * Lime Juice, 1 lime yields + zest * Parsley, dried, 1 tbsp * Oregano, ground, 1 tbsp salt & pepper to taste
Directions
1- trim visible fat & pat dry.
2- in a bowl combine all ingredients except parsley.
3- coat chicken & lay in a baking pan sprayed with PAM.
4- pour remaining marinade on top of chicken & bake at 400 F for 35 to 40 minutes.
5- sprinkle parsley & broil for 2 minutes to brown the top.
