Lori's Low Carb Banana Pecan Bread

Ingredients
1 cup sucralose [or splenda bulk bag - fluffy]1/3 cup butter [softened]2 eggs2 ripe bananas, mashed1/3 cup water1/2 cup Atkins bake mix 1/2 cup bob's red mill soy flour2/3 cup bob's red mill almond meal [almond flour/ground almonds]1/2 teaspoon banana extract1 teaspoon baking soda1/2 teaspoon salt1/2 teaspoon baking powder1/2 cup chopped pecans
Directions
Preheat oven to 325 degrees Fahrenheit. Grease bottom of a large loaf pan [or 2 small ones]. Combine all ingredients in large bowl. Pour batter into pan(s). Bake at 325 degrees Fahrenheit for 40 minutes. Let rest [cool]. Cut into equal size servings. Makes 16 slices.
