Low fat potatoes au gratine

Ingredients
1 Russet Potatoe1 Yam4 T fat-free sour cream0.5 cup shredded low fat sharp cheddar1 clove garlic2 tsp dried thyme1 tsp Salt1 tsp Pepper
Directions
preheat oven to 350 F
cut russet potatoes and yam in thin slices and boil in salted water for about 3-4 mins
in a bowl mix egg, sour cream, thyme, small diced garlic, cheese, a dash of salt and pepper - thin with a few tsp of water
put potatoe slices in baking dish - if you alternate yam and potatoe slices you can make a pretty pattern
pour egg-mixture over potatoes and bake for about 20-25 mins or until egg is stocked
