1.5 cups Mixed Greens1 can Black Beans, drained & rinsed1/4 cup Basmati Rice2 Tbsp Pace Picante Mild Salsa
Directions
Rinse & pat dry mixed greens. Rinse and drain black beans. Cook 1/4 cup Basmati rice according to package directions. Assemble salad by topping mixed greens with 1/2 cup black beans, 1/4 cup Basmati rice, and 2 Tbsp Pace Picante Mild Salsa.
