Lowfat Spinach Artichoke Dip

Ingredients
Kirkland Artichoke Hearts marinated in oil, 28 gram(s) Bird's Eye C&W Chopped Baby Spinach, Frozen, 4 cup Cheese, Mozzarella-low fat, 16 oz bagPhiladelphia Whipped Cream Cheese, 2 cupSour cream, fat free, 1.5 cup
Directions
Thaw spinach and drain
Drain Artichoke hearts - rinse if you desire to remove excess oil

Mix all ingredients together - save 1/2 cup of mozzarella cheese to top with. Put in crockpot and cook on low for 2 hours to melt cheese and heat through, or high on one hour.

Tastes great the next day or cold as well!
