Ingredients
Ingredients: Blueberries, frozen (unsweetened), .5 cup, unthawed *POM Pomegranate Blueberry Juice, 4 oz Banana, fresh, 1 small (6" to 6-7/8" long) Milk, 1%, .5 cup
Directions
Place all ingredients into blender, blend until smooth. Drink.

Can also freeze into individual frozen treats.

    I just now saw that you rated my smoothie... Thanks!!!!! I didn't even know if anyone had seen this. I love it because it packs a great punch in to my breakfast and has 3 servings of fruit right out of the gate!!!
