Ingredients
Chicken Breast, no skin, 2 unit (yield from 1 lb ready-to-cook (remove)Cabbage, fresh, 1.5 cup, chopped (remove)Baby Carrots, raw, 1 large (remove)Okra, 1 cup slices (remove)Celery, raw, 2 stalk, medium (7-1/2" - 8" long) (remove)Onions, raw, 1 cup, chopped (remove)Canned Tomatoes, 1.5 cup (remove)Chicken Broth, 1.5 cup (8 fl oz) (remove)
Directions
bake or cook chicken ahead and dice
Place all remaining ingredients in large pan and simmer for 1 hr, add chicken and serve
