Mexican beef stew

Ingredients
2 lbs ground beef 80/206 new potato cubed4 cups chopped cabbage1 cup chopped carrots1 cup chopped white onion1 cup chopped cilantro1 28 oz can crushed tomatoes2 15 oz cans white hominy4 small or 2 large beef bouillion cubes4 cups watergarliccayan peppercuminsalt black pepper
Directions
brown ground beef remove from grease and combine with all other ingredients. Bring to a boil cover and cimmer for 45 mins.
