Zen Salmon

Ingredients
2 small salmon filletspinch of saltpinch of black peppersprinkling of soy sauce
Directions
Preheat broiler. Coat baking pan with cooking spray. Place salmon on pan and sprinkle with salt and pepper to taste. Broil for 7 minutes.

Remove salmon and sprinkle with soy sauce to taste. Broil 2 more minutes.

Let salmon sit in pan a few minutes after removing from oven.
