2 (8oz) packages Baby bella mushrooms2 cups minced imitation crab meat1/4 cup fat free cream cheese1/4 cup fat free plain yogurt1/3 cup Weight watchers reduced fat shredded cheese (mexican style)1 tsp garlic powder1 onion powder
remove stems from mushrooms and pace in baking dish. Drizzle with low sodium soy sauce and balsamic vinegar. Mix all other ingedients together and spoon mixture on top of mushrooms. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
