Unstuffed Pepper Bake

Ingredients
1 lb. ground turkey1/3 c frozen chopped onions1 1/2 c tri-color peppers (fresh or frozen)2 garlic cloves1/2 tsp salt1/4 tsp. ground black pepper1 (14.5 oz) can petite diced tomatoes drained1 1/2 c brown rice (cooked)1 tsp. worcestershire sauce1 (8oz) pkg sharp cheddar cheese (reduce fat)1 (15 oz) can tomato sauce
Directions
Saute turkey, onions, peppers and garlic for 10 min. or until brown & veggies are tender. Drain off excess fat and season with salt & pepper. Stir in the tomatoes, rice worcestershire sauce, and Italian seasoning. Remove from heat: stir in 1 cup cheese. Spread mixture evenly into a 13 x 9 baking dish and top with tomato sauce and remaining cheese. Bake uncovered 20 min. let stand 5 min.
