soy milk peanut butter pudding

Ingredients
1/4 C cornstarch1/2 C brown sugar2 C soy milk1 T butter1/3 C peanut butter1 tsp vanilla
Directions
- mix sugar and cornstarch
- slowly whisk in milk till cornstarch is dissolved
- boil till bubbly and thickened
- remove from heat
- add butter, peanut butter and vanilla

cool and enjoy
