chickpea and feta salad

Ingredients
2 (15.5 ounce) cans chickpeas (garbanzo beans), drained1/2 medium red onion, finely minced2 Tbsp minced fresh basil2 c finely crumbled feta cheese1/2 c Grit Viniagrette (see recipe)1/2 tsp salt1/2 tsp black pepper
Directions
Combine all ingredients and toss until well blended. Cover and refrigerate at least 1 hour. Serve well chilled alone or over salad greens. Yields 4 servings
