Ingredients
1 1/2 cup water2 tbsp canola oil2 tbsp honey2 tbsp brown sugar1 large egg1.5 cups whole wheat flour1 cup and 2 tablespoons bread flour1/3 cup soy flour1 1/2 tbsp wheat germ1/4 cup powdered milk1.5 tsp salt2 ysp yeast
Directions
Add all the ingredients to the bread machine according to manufacturer instructions. Set on whole wheat cycle.
