Chicken primavera noodle casserole

2 cups cooked chicken in bite-size pieces3 cups cauliflower2 cups brocoli3 cups water3 cups dry pasta (fusilli)1 cup diced Velveeta1 small tomato, diced1 tsp dried oreganosalt and pepper to taste
Bring the water to a boil in a pot
Add the cauliflower and the pasta - cook for about 5 minutes, then add the broccoli
Cook until the pasta is almost ready
Add the velveeta, the oregano and the salt and pepper to taste.
Stirr often until the cheese is melted.
Add the diced tomato and the chicken - stirr until everything is hot
Serve
Makes 4 portions.
