Lemon Garbanzo Bean Salad

Ingredients
1 can garbonzo beans (chickpeas)1 whole skinned/seeded avocado. cut into small chunks1 tsp cumin1/4 cup lemon juice1/2 cup celery, chopped4 Persian cucumbers, seeded, cut into chunks1 cup chopped tomatoes1 cup chopped red peppers2 Tbsp Olive Oil
Directions
Cut all vegetables into nice chunk pieces. Mix all ingredients in a bowl. You can eat it right away or store it for later.
