Cinnamon Oatmeal Breakfast Pudding

Ingredients
2 cups water1/4 tsp salt4 eggs1/4 cup 1% milk 1/2 tsp cinnamon1/2 tsp vanilla1 1/4 cup cooking oats1 1/3 cup 1% milk1/4 cup dried cranberries (or raisins)4 tsp Splenda
Directions
Bring water and salt to a boil in a medium saucepan over high heat. Beat together eggs, 1/4 cup milk, cinnamon and vanilla in a medium bowl; stir in boiling water.

Reduce heat to med-low. Stir in oats; simmer 5-6 minutes, stirring occassionally until desired consistency.
