Chicken Noodle Soup

Ingredients
1 whole chicken (3-4#)garliconionLemon pepperHerbs de ProvenceBay leavesnoodlescelerycarrotshalf and halffrozen mixed vegetables
Directions
Cover whole chicken with water. Add medium white onion (chopped), bay leaves, 1T lemmon pepper,1T chopped fresh garlin, 1T Herb de Provence and cook for about 1 hour or until juices run clear.
Remove chicken to platter and let cool before removing meat. While cooling, add chopped carrots and chopped celery and mixed vegetables. Cook for 10 minutes and add noodles and cream. Add chicken meat once removed from carcass. Additional salt to taste. Makes 10 - 1 cup servings.
