Chinese Soy Sauce Wings

Ingredients
3 lb of regular size wings, separate into drumbstick parts and wing parts2 tsp of canola/extra virgin olive oil1 tbsp dark soy sauce (for colour)2 tbsp light soy sauce1 tsp minced garlic2 tsp hoisin saucea pinch of black pepper 1 tsp sriracha hot chili sauce (optional)a pinch of red chili pepper flakes (optional)
Directions
1. Preheat the oven to 425 degrees.

2. Clean your chicken wings and dry with paper towel. Cut them into wing and drumbstick parts if desired.

3. Combine oil, dark soy sauce, light soy sauce, minced garlic, hoisin sauce and sriacha chili sauce together in a large bowl.

4. Place chicken wings in and coat well.

5. Add a pinch of black pepper and red chili pepper flakes if desired.

6. Place the wings on to a baking sheet, cover the whole thing with foil and poke some holes at the top.

7. Bake for 45 minutes.

8. Let wings cool down for 5 minutes before removing from baking sheet. Enjoy!

Optional: You can marinate the wings over night for more flavour.
