I question the total sodium per serving. Having checked a couple "mix" packages in my pantry, they have more sodium per serving in any one mix than this recipe shows for total with meat and three mixes. It would definitely be easy to make. - 1/22/11

OMG!!!! This was delicious! I served it with egg noodles and green beans sauteed in garlic...we loved it - the gravy that it makes is scrumptious :) I will surely make this quick and easy recipe many more times :) - 6/27/10

This is a family favorite, and I make it at least once every couple of weeks. Super easy and delicious! - 6/12/17

This was ok. I mixed the ingredients, rubbed on the roast & put in the fridge for an hour. The sodium content was a little off. It's more like 350ish, which still isn't horrible. I cooked a 2 1/2lb roast on low for 8 hours; might do 7 1/2 hours next time. - 10/4/16

I have made this twice so far for my family and it passed the mother-in-law test with flying colors! I am making it again tonight for friends. I love that it is so easy, economical, and delicious! - 3/4/11

This was fantastic! My husband and I just enjoyed this meal. This isn't your plain 'ole pot roast! I used 2-1/2lbs of beef tips instead of a roast, though, and made it more like a stew adding the potatoes, carrots, onions, and green beans. - 2/10/11
