Grilled Vegetables & Quinoa with Chipotle Raspberry Sauce

Ingredients
1 serving frozen grilled vegetables (Wegman's brand), cooked according to package directions1 cup cooked and warm quinoa1.25 cups frozen unsweetened raspberries, thawed1 Tbls chipotle in adobo sauce
Directions
Add raspberries and chipotle together in a food processor or blender. Puree until smooth.

Cook quinoa and vegetables according to package directions.

Cut vegetables into bite sized pieces. Combine with 1 cup quinoa. Spoon desired amount of chipotle raspberry sauce over vegetables and quinoa.
