Lentil Soup

Ingredients
* Lentils, 2 cup * Onions, raw, 1 large * Green Peppers (bell peppers), 0.5 cup, chopped * Garlic, 4 clove * Spinach, fresh, 1 bunch * *laurel, 1 oz (remove) * pumpkin, raw, 1 serving * Carrots, raw, 4 medium * *Potato, raw, 2 large (3" to 4-1/4" dia.) * Salt, 1 tbsp - to taste
Directions
1- Soak lentils to soften. 2- Stir fry in water all the vegetables previously cut is small pieces, pumpkin, carrots, potatoes. Add salt. 3- Wait about 10 mins and add lentils. 4- In a blender mix the onion, pepper, garlic until creamy and add to lentils. 5- When everything is cooked and good to taste, add spinach cover well and let it cook with the vapor.
