Ramen soup noodles (without seasoning packet)1/2 tablespoon sunflower seeds2 chicken breast chopped (bone & skin removed)Dressing:1/3 cup canola oil1/3 cup water1/4 cup sugar1/4 tsp. salt1/2 tsp. black pepper1/2 cup seasoned rice vinegarSeasoning packet from noodlesMix dressing and pour over salad and toss.Keep cold until servingMakes 8 Cups
