Whole Wheat SpaghettiOlive OilWalnuts choppedGarlic small cloveBaby Spinach LeavesBasil DriedSea Salt and Pepper to tasteShredded Mozzarella part-skim
Directions
Cook Spaghetti
Heat oil and saute walnuts til lightly browned
Add crushed garlic
Add spinach and basil cook 3-4 minutes til spinach is wilted
season with salt and pepper add pasta and toss to coat
sprinkle with cheese and serve
