spicy chicken stir fry

Ingredients
20 oz chicken breast (no skin)2 tablespoons sesame oil4 tablespoons soy sauce1 large potato2 carrots1 large onion1 green pepper2 tablespoons red pepper paste
Directions
Cut up chicken into smaller pieces and cook separately from the vegetables, which require longer to cook. Cut up all vegetables in a separate wok. Cover and stir occasionally. Add chicken to vegetables and add in sesame oil, red pepper paste (according to your tastes), soy sauce (according to your tastes). You can also add add pepper, sesame seeds, garlic, and ginger for additional taste. Serve with brown or white rice.
